Zeb Holt is a Property & Casualty Broker within Arthur J. Gallagher’s Warehouse & Logistics Niche Practice Group, specializing in the analysis of the unique exposures and laws organizations face within the Logistics Industry. His experiences range from assisting clients in exploring creative risk transfer alternatives to those in the traditional insurance marketplace. He is proficient in the program design, creation, and implementation of insurance products including Group Captives, Rent-a-Captives, Retrospective Rating Plans, and Deductible Programs aimed at reducing a client’s overall cost of risk. He currently works with numerous clients within the Logistics industry ranging in size from single location operators to complex, global corporate & franchisee partnership programs. Zeb has created a proprietary report to analyze a company's contractual liabilities as they correspond to the Uniform Commercial Code and risk management program. This report has helped several companies nationwide to identify and correct assumed liabilities in which coverage had not previously applied. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), and will complete the requirements to become a Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) in early 2009. He proudly serves on the Membership Committee for the International Warehouse & Logistics Association.
